It’s good to see the Combs twins smiling and chasing waterfalls after what they’ve been through in the past few years. Jessie and D’Lila, 19, were recently posted up in Bali with Aoki Lee Simmons, having a time. They explored a range of sites in the lush Indonesian island, including Kanto Lampo Waterfall and enjoyed white sandy beaches.
The Combs twins posted some pictures from their time on their joint Instagram page, and in one, they look stunning, and at peace, in orange.
“When in Bali…🧡,” they captioned the image of them wearing orange bikini tops and multi-colored skirts in front of a waterfall.
The twins also posted pics of themselves in snake-print bikinis on the beach with the caption, “You can find us where the water is blue🩵.”
It tracks that the twins are spending time with Aoki since they’re more or less part of her blended family. The Harvard grad’s mom, Kimora Lee Simmons, shared that she’s stepped in and taken the twins under her wing since their mom, Kim Porter, died in 2018. They’ve needed extra support recently with their dad, Sean Diddy Combs, serving a prison sentence.
“I have my kids, and then I have kids on the side,” Kimora joked during an episode of Today with Jenna & Friends last year. “I have a stepdaughter, well, an additional daughter. I have another son, bonus son, who’s on the show, Jayden, another one who’s just been with us for many, many years. One of my friends who passed away, Kim Porter, I have all of her kids. Even though some of them are adults, but some of them are 18, twins.”
While the teens were on vacation, Aoki wasn’t; Bali is home for now. Aoki’s relocation started as a gap year to recharge after graduating, but quickly became the destination for her. The 23-year-old disclosed she’d relocated to Bali indefinitely in January. She joins her father, Russell Simmons, who has been a resident in Bali since 2018, after being accused of sexually assaulting several women over the years in the U.S.
The girls have seemingly left the island based on an Instagram story Aoki shared.
“My babygirls in Bali! I miss you both already,” she wrote on top of a selfie of herself, Jessie, and D’Lila.
Having graduated from Sierra Canyon School in Los Angeles last May, looks like the girls are getting a much-needed break too.
